We Never Retire, a platform developed by Adesiflava Private Limited (APL), based in Hong Kong, is dedicated to providing a professional networking space for retired professionals. By utilizing We Never Retire’s services (the “Services”), you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms of Service. APL reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We Never Retire offers professional networking, collaboration, and skill-sharing opportunities for retired professionals. Specific services include the We Never Retire networking platform, groups, chat features, targeted search functionalities, and profile creation to facilitate connections and contract opportunities.

2. Talent and Networking Services

2.1 Job Postings and Opportunities

We Never Retire provides a platform for professionals to post and view job and contract opportunities. Each job posting must pertain to a specific role and cannot solicit applications for multiple positions within a single post. Users are responsible for posting authentic job descriptions and obtaining any necessary permissions from hiring entities before sharing opportunities.

2.2 Recruitment and Referral Services

If you post a job on behalf of a third party, you must have an active contract with that entity to provide recruiting or referral services. We Never Retire reserves the right to remove postings that do not comply with these requirements without prior notice.

2.3 Recruiter Services

We Never Retire has designed its Recruiter services to help professionals connect with other retired professionals or third-party companies for contract or project-based work. Recruiter service users agree to utilize the service exclusively for recruiting purposes related to professional contract work.

2.4 Groups and Chats

Users agree to adhere to the Community Guidelines and refrain from engaging in spamming, harassment, or posting irrelevant content. We Never Retire monitors activity to maintain a safe environment and reserves the right to restrict or remove users who violate these terms.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of We Never Retire’s Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, utilize, and share your data.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

4.1 Ownership and Usage Rights

We Never Retire holds all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary content, including intellectual property rights associated with the Services. Users may access content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.Users acknowledge that they may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any We Never Retire content without explicit permission.

Users retain ownership of their content created and shared on the platform, but grant We Never Retire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display this content within the platform. • Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Advertising and Promotions

We Never Retire provides ad placements and promotional services for users to reach a broader audience. By placing ads on We Never Retire, advertisers acknowledge their compliance with applicable advertising policies and Indian advertising laws. We Never Retire reserves the right to remove any advertisements deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of local regulations.

7. We Never Retire Premium Services

We Never Retire offers certain premium services for a fee, including advanced search filters, priority job listings, and promotional features. Users may access these services by subscribing. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

We Never Retire endeavors to provide consistent access to its Services, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any express or implied warranties. We Never Retire is not liable for any disruptions, delays, or loss of data that may occur.
